How can I dismiss new iCloud Terms and Conditions pop ups on my MacBook Pro?

New icloud terms and conditions notification wont go away no matter how many times I go scroll all the way thru then click accept and pops right back up when your done? Any ideas on how to get rid of this are greatly appreciated.

Sonoma icloud notification settings window will not close. I recently upgraded my 2018 13" Macbook Pro to Sonoma. Every time I log into my device, I get a notification popup window telling me I need to accept iCloud's new terms and conditions. I would rather not use iCloud. Therefore I disagree. The settings window will not close until I Force-Quit the settings app. This is annoying and I consider iCloud an unsolicited intrusion on my privacy. I do not wish to trust my personal data to the Big Tech strangers who control "the cloud." How do I get rid of these utterly annoying popups forever?

how to clear Terms Conditions notification that will not go away? Recently got an updated Terms & Conditions notification from Apple on my MacBook Pro (Sonoma) that after I agreed to it, will not go away. I retried agreeing 3 x, and also restarted my Laptop. It will not go away. I also checked Sys Prefs for Auto Updates and have the pictured preferences active. Anybody else with this who has solved it?
