Why there is no poppy emoji on my iPhone 14 Pro?
I was just wondering why there isn’t a poppy emoji?

Emojis are controlled by the Unicode Consortium. How they make decisions on what new emojis to create I don't know, but you can submit a suggestion via these instructions:

But stay tuned. With Apple's new Genmoji feature coming in iOS 18.2, you may be able to create such an emoji yourself. See:
