Delete an old icloud calendar

I have a number of calendars, both private and shared. They synch across my MacBook, iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch.

I want to delate three unused, shared calendars. Nothing I've tried works and online posts doesn't do it either.

Can anyone help me out?
