Exit the Apple Developer Program

Unsubscribing from the public beta does not help, there is still information 
about the developer beta in the settings - how to get rid of it?
I don't want to see/beta update/iOs 18 Developer Beta in settings. 
I don't want it even when it's turned off. 
Why am I still seeing this when I unsubscribed from the Beta program and don't have a beta profile in VPN?
