I upgrades to the latest ios which is 18.1 beta and I don't like it. I never made a backup when I was on the ios 17.7 so I want to downgrade back. I backed up everything into the icloud so when I downgrade my photos, video, and all my data will still be available and usable back on the 17.7?
Another question is, is the ios 17.7 ispw still signed on the iPhone 15?

You cannot downgrade to iOS 17.7. You can exit the beta, but the only version you can go to is the current version of iOS 18, and if you have the 18.2 beta you can’t go to 18.1; you will have to wait for 18.2, whenever that comes.
If you have a backup of 18.1 you can restore that.
You can recover data that you synced to iCloud, but not data that you backed up to iCloud.

18.1 isn't in beta any more. Remove your device from the beta program and install the final version.
Thats unfortunate. The ios 18 feels broken and slow imo. Sucks I can't go back but my fault for upgrading without taking procaution. But thank you for the reply.
iOS 18 is neither broken nor slow on my iPhones or iPad; an XR, a 14 and a 16. If it is on yours you need to troubleshoot to find out why.
