Keychain not showing

My keychain passwords have suddenly stopped showing up and im at a loss, iv turned the keychain off and back on and that hasn’t helped, iv reset my phone and check my settings and im still unable to sort this and there is some passwords I dont have saved and am now unable to log into certain sites on my phone such as email and prime
