Apple Pay Transfer credit card from 11 to iPhone 13

I recently changed my phone. One credit card will not be accepted. It shows as a previously stored card but won’t add to new phone

I have confirmed with my bank that they have authorised the card. They say it is blocked by Apple pay

Seemed like it worked until trying to use apple pay. Couldn’t add card. Went to bank. No help. Went to Verizon store, they said the upload had been cut short and they finished the upload for me, said to go home, plug in charger, run update. I did. Still can’t add card to Apple Pay. Back to bank. Still doesn’t work.

Cannot add cards to Apple Wallet on iPhone 14 I need help resolving an issue with Apple Wallet so I can use Apple Pay. I recently upgraded from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14 and transferred all my data to the new device. When I tried to add my cards again to use the NFC feature, my new iPhone started showing errors when adding them to Wallet. Sometimes I get the message “Could Not Set Up Apple Pay”, and other times it lets me proceed to the step where I enter the card verification code, but then it shows “It was not possible to add the card.” I have already contacted Apple Support and followed all the troubleshooting steps they suggested. I also tried the steps from the Apple Support article “If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay”, but nothing has solved the issue. I also contacted one of my banks, and they told me it may take up to 30 days to reset the token and verify the card again. However, I’m not confident that this will resolve the problem.

Apple pay does not accept any card I m trying to add a new card on my apple pay on iPhone 14 pro max but it gave me the error: ( Card Not Added Contact your card issuer for more information. Add Card Later ) we called the bank they told me to add the same card to my wife phone, it was working on her phone. There was no problem with the bank then they ask me to call apple i spend more then 10 hours on the phone and they let me spoke with many technicians but no result and at the end they ask me to call the network payment operator to check if my iphone serial number is blocked .. i called then but they say can not fix the problem … don’t know what to do???

The bank is incorrect. The bank controls the token that represents your card in the Apple Wallet. When you move the card from previous to your active Wallet, the bank must reverify the card. Are you receiving the notification to verify your card?

Is the card on any other Apple Devices, such as Apple Watch, iPad, another iPhone or Mac?

Thanks for getting back to me

yes, the bank has confirmed in writing and verbally that they have authorised my card and they can do no more. They say that Apple Pay is the blockage to the card being accepted on my new phone
