I received a notification on my iPad to verify my Apple Account security settings.
When I click on "Continue" a screen appears requesting my passcode for the iPad.
This notice did not appear on my iPhone or iMac.
Is this legitimate or a phishing attempt?

Go to your settings app on your iPad, and see if there is any notification for the terms and conditions there, click it.
