i’ve purchased 50GB storage iCloud, and still can’t do update for the software of this I phone, still having issues with storage with WhatsApp lots of applications, Any solutions? Thanks in advance

Disable apps that are using iCloud. I had that problem on a iPad. Disabled them from using iCloud and freed quite a lot room on iCloud.
iCloud storage has absolutely nothing to do with the available local storage on the device.
