MacOS Photos app on Sequoia shows it is optimizing days and has not progressed a percentage point since the new update a few weeks ago. Anything has gone wrong?

same issue, no matter what i do... i even created a new blank photo library and imported just over 80GB of Photos, but no memories are created, no trips are created, no matter how long i leave it on... optimizing shows 0%

Same here unfortunately. It was ok after upgrading to 15.0 (no betas involved) on all machines but since a few weeks Photos got stuck with creating a proper summary of a trip containing >2,000 photos (not just on Macs but also on an iPhone 16 Pro and an iPad Pro M1 - all linked via iCloud Photos). I've even repaired the Photos Library on the only machine (MBP M3 Max) that is not linked to the other devices via iCloud Photos - yet it's stuck at 25% since a few days by now (definitely connected all the time to power)... sigh!
Same here on MacOS 15.2. There are no new memories being generated. Also no new featured photos are being created.
I tried creating a new library and left connected to power for more than 40 hours. Still it shows no memory/featured photos. Also Days are stuck at Optimising Days 0%.
yep, same issue - been over a week. Nothing progressing. Still at zero.
