Each time I use calendar app I get the following:
Allow calendar to use your location
then it gives choices
allow once
allow while using app
Don’t allow
It doesn’t matter what I chose, it keeps appearing
I’ve tried turning off phone then back on. Still appears.

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Calendar, set it to any other value currently selected (I know, it's odd), restart your iPhone and go back to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Calendar to set it to the preferred value.
