can I have two hidden photo albums
I would like to have two hidden albums, is that possible?

But you're using a Mac, and that gives you more options-- you can use Smart Albums and Keywords.
I have some medical X-rays and stuff that I don't want in the general population of my pictures, but they're pretty cool, so I keep them in the Hidden folder. They all have a keyword of "Medical." But there might be other things in there too, so I just made (I hadn't really thought of this before!) a Smart Album for the Hidden Medical pictures, like this:
This shows up in the Sidebar like this:
indicating that it is password protected. If I click on this Smart Album, I get the same warning as for the Main Hidden view. With a password, the lock unlocks. I have to click on it to lock it, again.
So, if you have different sorts of pictures to keep hidden, you can use keywords to sort them. They will all appear in Hidden, but only chosen pictures will appear in each Smart album.
Since this is a Smart Album, it doesn't show in iOS or iPadOS.
