Right Powerbeats Pro earpiece fails even when at 80%

The last few weeks, the right Powerbeats pro earbud randomly shuts down while in middle of walking workout. When I begin, both are at 100% and the base is 90% or above. Within 20 min, the right one shuts off.

I have reset, disconnected, reconnected, software is up to date, just about everything else I have read to do. Seems in a previous community chat, many people were having the exact same issue but Apple didn't really have an answer. Anyone have some thoughts?

Powerbeat Pros single earbud dying Hey there, my right Powerbeat pro earbud has recently started to die much faster than it used to. It lasts about half an hour now before dying. This is extremely frustrating as I brought them for their long lasting battery which I could use for long trail runs. Left earbud of Powerbeats headset never charges or charges very little, but then loses the charge as it is plugged in. I receive the Apple Powerbeats earbuds for Christmas 2022. I’m so frustrated with this expensive as they worked great for about a month and then one of the earbuds never charges properly resetting the case etc. Any suggestions?

Powerbeats Pro sound in left ear intermittently does not work. Will connect and is recognized when in use, just not sound. It was happening every so often, but now more than previously. Other than sound, you can increase and decrease volume, stop and play music from the button, and when you take it off it turns off like normal. There is just no sound coming from it. If I place it back into the charging case it charges fine, and if I take it out sometimes it seems to work without any issue.
