No Apps listed in my Control Center screen

In my iPhone 12 IOS 18.1 Control Center screen, no apps are listed. All I have is the Access Within Apps and Reset Control Center options. How can I get the apps to show up?

Can no longer remove apps from the Iphone after upgrade to ISO18.3 I just now noticed that I can no longer remove any apps from the app library or from the Home Screen of the Iphone itself. The only option allowed is to "Remove from Home Screen", but no window titled "Delete App" is available at all. I did carefully read the Apple's own instruction manual on deleting apps, but information is missing on the popup windows now on my Iphone and does NOT correspond to the information in the guide.
