Signing in on an Apple Watch with latest updates
The keyboard for signing in is too small for me to use. I’m 83 and fingers aren’t working that great can I use another device to sign in for my watch?

Did you try to type the password on the keyboard on your iPhone?
Make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Notifications/Apple Watch keyboard is enabled.
Then bring your iPhone near the Apple Watch. When the watch asks for the password, you should get a message on your iPhone, asking, if you want to use the iOS keyboard to type the password and send it to the Apple Watch.
If this is about the Apple Watch Lock Screen code, you can also unlock the watch by unlocking your iPhone:
