Discord recording sound without orange indicator

Hi,

I am experiencing a severe bug and don't know where exactly to report it. I think this is not only a bug for the App Developers but also for Apple.

The Discord App for iPhone can transmit your voice without you actively joining any voice channel on the iPhone and without displaying the orange microphone indicator.

This is reproducible with the following steps:

1. install and setup Discord on iPhone
2. install and setup Discord on PlayStation 5
3. Open the Discord App on iPhone. Do NOT join any voice channel. Put the App into background by going back to the home screen.
4. WITHOUT having a microphone connected to PS5 , open Discord App on PS5 and join a voice channel
5. Now you can be heard on your iphone without the orange indicator and without having joined any voice channel actively on your iPhone
