I buy the airtag from the used store, and i try to conect with my iphone ,they say airtag already conevt with another apple account,so what can i do?

There's nothing you can do with the AirTag. Return it to the store you purchased it from and hope you can get a refund. It was likely stolen. If they won't give you your money back, recycle it responsibly. Its useless to you.
