Iphone 15 iOS 18.1 Pro Max DFU Mode Restore on Windows 11 Unknown Error 4014 and 2009

Hello, I have tried to connect my iPhone 15 Pro Max to my Windows 11 laptop via the official apple usb-c cable that I bought directly from Apple. I downloaded the Apple Devices app from the Microsoft Store and connected my Iphone to the laptop and the device shows all the information and then I put my phone in DFU mode. The Apple Devices app recognizes that my phone is in DFU mode and lets me select the "restore" option. I do this and it downloads the firmware from the apple servers, then once it goes to the next step it pops up a message box that says "iphone could not be restored unknown error 4014" I try again and the next time it says "iphone could not be restored unknown error 2009."
