I cannot remove my stolen protection mode

Yesterday i was unfortunately face an accident among this tike my phone was thrown by my hand. After i get my phone back it was working good. But face id is not detected at this time becase stolen protection mode is turn on can you help me how to turn off this feature and get my phone works normally 🥺

Hello sahan4859,

  • Can you sign into your iPhone with your passcode?
  • Then go into Settings > Face ID & Passcode
  • Stolen Device Protection > Slide to Off
  • Check your Face ID for normal operation. If it works then turn back on Stolen Device Protection
  • Check again for Face ID normal operation.
  • If still not working normal you will need have your iPhone looked at by Apple or an authorized repair location.
