Unable to turn off Stolen Device Protection as Face ID won't work in iPhone 11

I try to click it and my Face ID won’t work and I can’t turn it off

In Settings > Face ID and Passcode > Stolen Device Protection, when you are prompted with the Face ID, don’t do it and keep tapping try again. After a few attempts, it will prompt you with entering your passcode. Thus starting the 1 hour delay to turn off Stolen Device Protection.
