MacBook keyboard switching languages after unlock

When I am open my MacBook and unlock the password then my MacBook keyboard is switch to another language and after my MacBook screen is down and again up the screen then my keyboard is switch to my system language.This problem started when my MacBook update to macos 15. Now my Mac on macos 14 but still this problem not be fixed.

How to fixed this problem?

That's not a language keyboard. If you try to type asdfg and you get åß∂ƒ© it means the machine thinks the option key is being depressed all the time. Is that what you are seeing?
