Is there a process to change the formatting within cells using Numbers? When a Numbers spreadsheet is used and there are cells divided into rows and columns, if one wishes to have one cell in a rows contain more information and the next cell over (ie., in the next row) be smaller with less information, can this be formatted?

Like all spreadsheets Numbers organizes cells in rows and columns.
All cells in a row have the same height, which you can vary.
All cells in a column have the same width, which you can vary.
You can select more than one cell and merge them to achieve a different visual effect, but that can affect calculations.
