Siri now asks "Do I Want To Use Phone App?"

First, find the other apps that it wants to use by choosing the "Other" option. Then go to Settings and choose Siri and scroll down until you find the app and tap on it. You will see a toggle to shut off called "Suggest this App".

Once there are no other options Siri will not ask you to confirm your choice.

Hmm. I would allow siri to use the phone app and behavior should go back to normal.
