Unable to access eSIM, is it a fake iPhone?

Dual SIM models — China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao — have no eSIM.

A3108 is the “A” model number of an iPhone 15 Pro Max with dual SIM, and no eSIM.

If you have a dual-SIM model — again, a model intended for China mainland, Hong Kong, or Macao — then you have no eSIM, and no eSIM support can be retrofitted.

No, China, Hong Kong, and Macau have dual SIM capabilities, not dual eSIM

What is the Model Name of your iPhone?

Settings > General > About > Model Name

What is the Model Number of your phone?

Settings > General > About > Model Number

Tap on the Model Number and another 5 character number will appear.....example.....Axxxx

Post back with the Model Name, the Model Number and the Axxxx number.

Getting the SEID Number

Depending on your location, you may have purchased a dual eSIM card. China is a common ground for these. Being so, you would not be expected to see a SEID number. Adding a eSIM card no your own is not an option.

Not so certain about “worldwide”, but as Kurtosis12 put it, dual SIM is based on where I mentioned.
