iPhone 15 showing battery as not genuine (i never changed it) and keeps crashing

Hello

i‘ve had my iPhone 15 for 8 months now and since a week i was getting the following problems. My phone sometimes just turns completely off even tho i have battery, sometimes it shows my battery percentage as 0% even though it has 80% and it still turns off in addition to that is my phone sometimes not showing my real battery health it just says 0% maximum capacity and charging cycles are 0. And the battery is also detected as non genuine even tho i haven’t changed it and i got the phone sealed. Normally it’s meant to show 94% battery health and 360 charging cycles. Please help me i already downgraded from the beta to standard ios and it still doesn’t work.

Troubleshooting an iPhone with Bugs:

So, who is the seller?

A. If not Apple, then it almost seems like a scam. So, take this back to the seller. This is the site the seller should have used prior to selling it to you: Go here: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple SupportThe seller should have known better.

B. If Apple, then it seems you have a faulty device. So, ask Apple to have this diagnosed and serviced. You have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty with this. You set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store, where it will be diagnosed.

Getting this Service:

Take this to you the contract provider. Have them fix this —they sold it to you. Next time you go about getting such an expensive Apple device, I recommend getting it though Apple, for ease of assistance in warranties.
