It's all a scam.

You're not going to get a Virus on your Mac; Apple devices just don't get them To did you interact with it, in anyway? If not, then you're safe, and all you need to so is perform a few things.

So...Perform the following in the order provided:

1. Create a New Desktop:

Swipe up with three fingers, and then click the + button.

2. Remove all Login Items:

3. Scan your Mac for Malware: 

Use MalwareBytes for Mac --- This is software that searches for malware/adware. So, scan with it and then remove what is found. Once removed, uninstall MalwareBytes for Mac. Then restart the Mac.

1. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac
2. Malwarebytes Uninstaller

4. Report Items to Apple:

Take some screenshots of this, and forward it off to Apple. Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

Are these notifications popping up in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen? If so, block them in Safari and also in any other Web browser that you have installed.
