How can I safely backup my iPhone without virus

The reason why I’m asking is this romance scammer asked if I would take out a small loan which I did apply for one but I ended up getting several text messages with links in them which they all said apply for a loan so I thought they were legit and I clicked on a few of them and it would just take me to a blank page. Now I’m burning through a lot of data, my battery is draining fast and my phone gets hotter than usual. To me it sounds like maybe she had all this planned out and they have hacked into my phone, possibly even seeing me type this out. Knowing this what is your thoughts about whether my phone was hacked or not?

i appreciate your response. I know you couldn’t tell me for sure unless you had my phone but what would you guess is the reason for the battery consumption and my phone getting hot on occasion. The settings also keep changing such S from dark mode to light mode? I wonder if I should see if Apple will replace this phone since I have that protection coverage on it.
