Why are my subscriptions not showing up?

I can not see any of my subscriptions. I wanted to see what subscription is coming up next. I went to subscriptions and it says “You do not have any subscriptions.” I have many active and many more non-active subscriptions. I have tried my phone, iPad, computer, and my account on the web. All show the same thing. How is this possible and how do I fix it?

Do you have multiple accounts? Are these your subscriptions or just ones you are paying for that may belong to family members or somebody sharing your card?

If you can’t find a subscription, use this shortcut to jump to the section about what to do. --> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If this is a subscription not made through Apple, read—> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If you still can't find a subscription or still have problems, contact Apple Support using this issue-specific link at the end of the section. --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63006&category_id=SC0060&symptom_id=23208

Scroll down to where you can request a chat session or a phone call.
