How to adjust AirPods Pro Hearing Features for each ear?
On the hearing feature on AirPod pro, can each ear be adjusted for sound volume. As most have
different hearing problems on each ear.

Am no expert in this area, yet your request deserves some response.
Others already using the new hearing-aid features may or may not share their experience.
It seems to me that the volume for each each is automatically adjusted due to the results of the hearing test you take, and that if any adustments are needed, you have some options in control centre.
Note: Seems only those with mild to moderate hearing loss will be eligible to use the new features.
Also: Not all countries have access to the new features.
With iOS 18.1, new hearing-aid features became available in those countries where authorities similar to the TGA in USA have already given approval.

Hearing Protection feature (This feature is only available in USA and Canada)
