How can I restore access to MacBook Air?

I can't log into my account, I open it and it doesn't accept the correct password, I tried to reboot, but it didn't help, there is also no option to restore the password on the main screen, please help

I also says that now I account is lock for 2+ hours. How do I unlock my MacBook Air when account is locked and not taking password? My mac password is not accepted and my mac is locked. I need it very urgently. I tried with command + R for reset mode and now it wants 1 additional hour. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
