Why does Scribble confuse 0 and O on Apple Watch?

I am trying to type in my apple ID on my apple watch, My ID has numbers in it so I typed in the numbers. But everytime I typed a 0, it would be an o. I looked it up and it said to type a 0 with a line through it, so I did that. The first time I did it , it worked first try. But i wanted to download another game so I tried to do a zero again but it kept being 0 / as 2 different ones. I cant change my apple id code because I'm not allowed. What do i do??????

p.s.

Apple, you need to add a keyboard to apple watches

Did you try to type the Apple Account password on the keyboard on your iPhone?

Make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Notifications/Apple Watch keyboard is enabled.

Then bring your iPhone near the Apple Watch. When the watch asks for the Apple Account password, you should get a message on your iPhone, asking, if you want to use the iOS keyboard to type the password and send it to the Apple Watch.

If this is not supported for your Apple Watch model, then try to use the FlickType app
