Unimeal app's deceptive refund policy

I would like to alert the community to avoid downloading this app at all cost. They do not agree for refunds during the trial period and charge extra consultation fees more than 3 times higher than the cost of the trial period. When you speak with them, they respond that the request doesn’t qualify for refund as it doesn’t meet its policy refund, therefore it’s deceiving and do all ways possible to keep your money. I wonder if Apple support can help.
