Britbox gone from AppleTV menu.

I used to have Britbox and other subscriptions on my Apple TV menu then one day they all disappeared. I can access the other subscriptions through their apps, but I have to go to search to find Britbox in order to watch it. How can I get Britbox back on the menu.
