My iPhone Microphone is always "ON"

The orange dot is on even when I am not using it. Closed all my apps and it was still on. I did a hard restart on my phone and it turned off but 5 minutes later it was back on. Please help

Orange light on my iPhone 15 Pro Mic won't turn off My mic is permanently stuck in my iphone15 with the orange light. I have done every fix possible, turned all the apps off with the mic, done the reset with the side buttons, had a call from Apple support they don’t understand it either and said I have to wait for an update or restore my whole phone why I am wary to do and I have a feeling it won’t work. Settings > Accessibility > Vocal Shortcuts > toggle off
