I have an iPhone 7+ with latest 15.8.3 OS and when I try to agree to the new iCloud terms, the app never comes back with info or anything - just spins. Suggestions were update - I amat latest for phone so I am wondering what solution exists for the older phones.

A solution! I visited the Apple Store and their hive of smart people. We reinstalled the last OS with no change. So the correct solution was to backup the device, wipe the iPhone and reinstall the backup. Instant acceptance and cleaned out mis-matched apps. The Team at the Store rocks!

I visited the Apple Store and the solution turned out to be backup, wipe the iPhone and then restore backup. We did log into iCloud at the Store and that thought did not work. They had more than one person arrive today with same issue so they had the issue corralled quickly - thanks for the help Al!
not a solution - I have the latest OS for my iphone. I dont even get a download of anything - the wheel just spins with no resolution or opportunity to accept or anything
