Unable to access iCloud settings on iPhone 15 Pro

Hello,

So in Ipone 15pro with iOS 17.6 ( I think so) I turned on some kind of setting. And now with iOS 18.2.1 I can't find it. And now I cant enter Icloud settings ( change pasword, turn off/on find my phone and etc.) also I can't change anything in Mail accounts, some other settings are lock too.

Where I can find that option ?
