How can I access grayed out iCloud settings on iPhone?
The iCloud is grey on my phone in settings. Please guide how to access it

That normally suggests you have Screen Time Settings and restrictions enabled.
Disable whatever you enabled to regina access to your account.
Settings ➜ Screen Time ➜ Content & Privacy Restrictions and see what is enabled there.
