Can the global version iPhone A3296 load up to many eSIM similar as US version ?

Need clarification,

A3295 - US version provide to load up to 8 eSIM,

where as the global version A3296 can have 1 physical sim and 1 eSIM while offering the 2 eSIM facility to.

my question is, can the global version A3296 load up to many eSIM similar as US version ? Its says only 2 - need clarity whether we can load more than 2 eSIM?
