I have tried dragging it to the trash and it won't go. I tried deleting from Launch by holding it down until it jiggled but it didn't have a little x to delete. How do I get rid of it?

Unless you want to start tinkering with system permissions, which is not recommended, you can't. There are a number of apps included with macOS that can't be deleted and that's one of them. It's pretty small, though, so keeping it shouldn't be an issue.
