So my parents put up web search restrictions and something recently happened and I needed Google but ofc I couldn’t access it and my parents weren’t there; is there any way I can get past the restrictions?
they also prevented me to download ANY apps, I also need to get past that.

Apple explains Parental Controls here: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone and iPad - Apple Support. Your parents probably had good reason for deciding upon which restrictions to implement, and if need to you circumvent them either temporarily or permanently it's a subject you need to discuss with them — and nobody else.
As far as personal device and data security goes, Apple takes these things seriously. If you're asking if there's a way around them without a parent's consent the answer to that question is no.
