Are ring tones one time purchase??

If you buy a ring tone from the Tone Store in iTunes, once you buy it, you own it for as long as you use the same Apple ID and it will remain in your tone library regardless of whether you get a new iPhone along the way.

For your downloaded ringtone, Open Settings > Sounds & Haptics > tap any Ringtone and look for Download All Purchased Tones.
One more question how did you add your own avatar to the profile picture?? And my tone doesn’t show up as purchased I looked in purchased section in iTune store app but no where to be found so I looked for the tone I purchased and it has the money purchase thing on it not the download or play button do you know what to do??
