Hisense App Subtitles intermittent

Just recently bought a Hisense u7n 65. While watching the apple TV app and adding the CC or subtitles it added these but it misses out a lot of the words being spoken. Which makes it hard for my wife to follow what's going on only getting half or even quarter of what's actually said. Is there a setting to fix this or is it a problem. Many thanks Elder Dwemer

Subtitles on Apple TV Hi. I’ve got an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I’ve been trying to get subtitles on a TV Show I’m watching (FBI International), as I’m hard of hearing. I’ve tried following the instructions I’ve found online (going to settings > accessibility > hearing > subtitles and captioning > closed captions and SDH and turning it on). So far everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked. Is it just the TV show that won’t accept subtitles because it’s a TV show that features different languages or is it something to do with my phone?

Why does AMC not get subtitles on my AppleTV box, but it does on all other stations. Siri says it can’t find the languages. I can get the subtitles on my iPad just not on the TV. I just purchased an Apple TV box. It has been set up to get subtitles and my language English. It gets subtitles on every channel except AMC+. When ask Siri she replies she can’t find the languages. Don’t think it needs a clearing of the cache since that channel has only been used twice. I can get the closed captions on my iPad. What is the problem.
