Apps don’t work after updating to iOS 18.1.1

I updated my iOS to 18.1.1 on my iPhone pro max 16 last night and this morning I’d say about 80% of my apps refuse to open. Reinstalling doesn’t seem to solve the issue. Causing me major issues as I can’t open my banking apps to verify transactions. Can anyone tell me how to roll back my iOS update or if there is a fix?

I found a way to open the apps. It was still a big pain.... I went into the App Store app. I then clicked on my profile at the top of the app. I updated any apps that needed updating, and then opened every app one by one from the App Store app. I had to find and re-enter some of my passwords, but I believe everything is working now. The biggest headache was getting my password manager app working to allow me to get to the passwords.

after installing the update half my apps won’t open and my phone is freezing. I can’t even get my settings to open up. Talked to my phone provider and they sent me to Apple support. After troubleshooting with an apple representative for over an hour , they sent me back to t-Mobile saying it is my network. Funny how everything was perfect before the update. The representative said “ software updates improve your phone, they don’t break your phone”. Lol well this update did break my phone!!

Fair enough, but I have reached out to the 3rd party game developers as well with the limited games my mother plays and there is nothing on their part that seems out of the ordinary. Game is in good standing, no blocks for payments of any type either. Ever since the 18.2 update, no in app purchase works with EVERY STEP, by resetting networks, to the whole reset of her iPad and deleting ALL her games (which are only 2) and still NO HELP! Apples support has been horrendous by getting 6 hours of my life over the span of 3 days wasted and also going IN STORE TO STILL be left out in the cold with zero answers!

Yes Im having issues with the phone disconnecting from home WiFi. Also Santander app keeps freezing when I’m trying to pay someone so have to use my iPad instead which is not good. Im loathe to update again because it may make things worse. Ive lost two iphones in the past due to updates killing my battery. I am seriously considering going over to android now 🤬
