Does clicking link on Safari can really compromise my iPhone

I was clicking on a link on safari and then something popped up on my screen saying that I got hacked I cant really tell my parents and I can’t to an emergency reset because I don’t k ow what it does to my phone and if parental control will notify my parents I really don’t know what to do. HELP.

Those messages are not an indication that you are hacked. They are actually scam messages. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
