I was clicking on a link on safari and then something popped up on my screen saying that I got hacked I cant really tell my parents and I can’t to an emergency reset because I don’t k ow what it does to my phone and if parental control will notify my parents I really don’t know what to do. HELP.

Those messages are not an indication that you are hacked. They are actually scam messages. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

Any such pop ups, ads, security warnings, etc. are scams designed to scare you into downloading useless apps.
Ignore them.
Pop ups on screens are scam malware and ads try g to scare you. You’re not hacked. Stop visiting sites that are scammy. Pretty sure you know what I mean. 😉😉😁
