EtreCheck scan results for slow iMac

I have been having issues with my computer, iMac, running slow and apps either taking forever to load or totally crashing requiring me to "Force Quit” them. I searched community for any solutions and read about the EtreCheck program. Unfortunately, all the posts giving instructions are older than a year and I cannot post the results of the EtreCheck scan. Can anyone tell me where to post these results for review by much smarter people than myself?
