A few days ago I received an iMessage from an unknown number stating they mistakenly sent $10 to my Apple Cash and the text included a link to return the money to the sender. I checked my account and there was a ‘completed’ transaction of $10. How could a deposit go into my Apple Cash without my acceptance? Now I’m getting texts and calls from two different numbers demanding I return the $10. What should I do?

If there was a link included, it’s a scam. While it’s possible to send cash to a wrong number, providing a follow up link with a request to return funds sounds very suspicious
