Have you tried to charge the watch to see if the issues persist? If this is not working please force restart your watch to see if the issues persist:
Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown until the screen turns black and the Apple logo reappears, then release both buttons. Your watch may take a few moments to restart. Never do this when updating watchOS.
If the issues persist your watch might need hardware service. Please Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service
