Older version of Notes
I updated to IOS 18.1.1. I don’t like the new Notes app. Features I used to use to modify text, like strike through are no longer there. Can I get the old version back?

The features haven't been removed.
Tap on the Aa at the bottom left of the window:
You should see this:
If you don't see that, it's possible that you're creating notes in an account other than iCloud. I know if I create notes in my Gmail account, I don't have those options. Go to the Folders list and make sure that you have iCloud selected.
