How can I delete a website from always allow setting on Safari?

I accidentally added a website to always allow. How do I remove it? I meant to put that website under never allow. So I added it there too. But what are the chances now my niece will try to access that website. I need help. I tried using her phone and mine to remove it under parent controls and it doesn’t seem to work. Please help.

You can go to Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> Store, Web, Siri & Game Center Content -> Web Content. Select Limit Adult Websites, and you should be able to see both the Always Allow and Never Allow lists. You can try to remove the website from Always Allow by swiping left, and then add it to Never Allow.
