How to turn off Zoom on MacBook Pro?

My desktop view suddenly doesn’t fit all my info. I cannot see my apps unless I scroll down. I have to use my fingers to go left or right to see all the folders. I used to be able to see the top and the bottom of my desktop info. Not sure what I have done that changed my view??!
